Typically non-acceptable cases:
1. Clearance items may contain ≤5% minor defects (e.g., loose threads, slight stains). This is common in the industry, and prices have been discounted accordingly. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of this standard. No after-sales service will be provided for such defects. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Issues caused by errors in the design files, size charts, or reference samples provided by the client.
3. Subjective dissatisfaction with color, fabric, or silhouette after confirmation of the PP sample (minor color deviation within ±5% and subjective hand-feel differences are industry norms).
4. Returns due to poor sales, market changes, or personal preference.
5. Damage, stains, or deformation caused by improper storage after delivery.
