2. Order of the agreement

• We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product images and descriptions, but since these are clearance products, there may be color differences due to lighting during photography or variations in monitors, or size differences due to different brand sizing standards. All product images and descriptions are for reference only and do not constitute a definitive offer.

• Price: If there are changes to product prices, no separate notice will be given. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional cases due to pricing errors.

• Order confirmation: When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. Your order is only considered accepted by us once we have shipped the products, at which point the purchase contract is formed. We will send you order confirmation and shipping notice by email.

3. Final sale policy

You acknowledge and agree that all sales made on this website are final. The products you purchase, except in the cases expressly indicated in Section 4 of these terms and in Section 3 of the "Returns and Refunds Policy" for our responsibility in the event of "incorrect product shipped", will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund in any form. You acknowledge that the final price you pay already takes into account the consideration of possible minor imperfections in the products and the no-return/no-exchange policy.
